Refund policy

At Golden Thread, your satisfaction is our priority. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

How to return: Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos at zuherpatel2412@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7600873762.

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI / card / bank account). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges: Size or colour exchanges available subject to stock availability.

Non-returnable items: Sale/discounted items (unless defective), jewellery & earrings, items without original tags or packaging.

 

Damaged or wrong items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
